We keep our rules to the minimum.

But a few reminders help everyone get along without friction.

Respect the property

This is our home.

  • The items in cabinets, drawers and on display are private property, not mementos for you to take home.
  • Accidents happen, if you accidently break something let us know.
  • Please put all trash in the trash bins.
  • Please stub out all cigarettes and blunts in an ash tray.
  • Put all your recyclables into one of the 7 blue recycle bins around the house - Paper, Cardboard, Cans and Bottles.
  • In the bathrooms, if something hasn't passed through your body, don't put it in the toilet. Toilet paper, tissues, tampons, wipes and condoms should be put into the bin beside the toilet.
  • No Smoking or Vaping in the house. Please use the gazebo's
  • No smoking, vaping, eating, drinking or cum in the Hot Tub.
  • If you are a squirter, please use a pee pad on the beds or sofas.

Respect Our Neighbours

  • We are 100m in any direction from our neighbours, so talking and laughing will not be heard, but please avoid shouting, screaming and playing very loud music.

Respect each other

As a group you can set your own rules on Consent, however the basic rules always apply:

No always means NO

Stop always means STOP

Continuing to touch someone after being told no is sexual assault.

Respect Others Privacy

Only take photos of the other members of your group if you have agreed in advance that it is OK to do so.

Nudity & Sex

You are allowed to be naked in the house, the back garden, or the forest behind the house.

You are allowed to have sex in any area except the kitchen and the main lounge (OK in lounge at night when curtains are closed)

The front garden is fully visible from the main road, so nudity and sex are not allowed.

Animals

We have 2 dogs, a 4lb Chihuahua and a corgi. The Chihuahua is very timid, the corgi will crave your attention.

This area of NB has a large deer population, they regularly cross the property and graze in the grassy areas, if you hear a rustling in the night outrside, it will either be Deer, Porcupine, Squirrels, Raccoons or a Coyote. If the rustling is inside the house, it is probably a Cougar, Stag or Vixen. We have only seen 1 bear on the property in May 2023 when there was a fire in the forest on the mountain.

Don't Attract the Emergency Services

Please give no cause for a visit by the fire department, the ambulance service or the police.

If your actions lead to a non-emergency visit by the emergency services, you will be banned. (Fighting, Causing a disturbance, etc.)
